1. Ownership of Platform Content
All content, materials, features, and functionality made available through our platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of these elements — are the exclusive property of Domain or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights in or to our platform content are transferred to you by virtue of your access to or use of the services, except as expressly stated in this Policy or in a separate written agreement.
2. Trademarks and Service Marks
The name Domain, the torcanebu.biz name, and any associated logos, taglines, or service marks displayed on our platform are trademarks or registered trademarks of Domain. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Domain, and may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, disparage, or discredit Domain.
All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on our platform are the property of their respective owners.

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any portion of the platform or its content for commercial purposes

You retain ownership of any content, data, materials, or information that you submit, upload, or otherwise provide through the platform ("User Content"). Domain does not claim ownership of your User Content.
4.2 License You Grant to Domain
By submitting User Content through the platform, you grant Domain a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the services. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or close your account, except where retention is required by law or where copies have been shared with others who have not deleted them.
